Overview

Designed to handle viscous feeds and prevent scaling, our Forced Circulation Evaporators circulate the liquid at high velocities through the tube side of the Calandria. This minimizes fouling and precipitation during operation. The liquid is then separated from the vapor in a vapor separator, while the concentrated liquid is continuously discharged using a pump.

For enhanced energy efficiency and optimal concentration results, this system is often used after a Falling Film Evaporator, combining the benefits of both technologies in a hybrid evaporation process.
