Overview

The WFE system consists of a jacketed shell with a precisely machined inner surface and a high-speed rotor equipped with blades that maintain close clearance from the wall. A feed distributor spreads the product as a thin film on the heated wall, where the rotor agitates it, promoting rapid evaporation. Vapors are separated efficiently via an integrated entrainment separator as they flow counter-currently.
